| Properties : |
| |
Vitamin E is necessary for many physiological functions,
it acts as a cellular antioxidant and protects
the vascular wall.
Selenium is known to be essential for tissue respiration
and is a protective against dietary hepatic
necrosis. It is extremely active and is only required
in minute amounts. Vitamin E enhanced the action
of selenium, but both are required. |

| Indications : |
| |
Used in case of fertility disturbances in male and
female animals, muscular dystrophy (White muscle
disease) and myopathies in large animals; and used
in poultry in case of poor hatchability, low egg
production of the breeders, encephalomalacia,
Mad chick disease, exudative diathesis of chicks,
myopathies in chicks, turkeys, ducks and geese. |

| Dosage and administration : |
| |
Given by intramuscular or subcutaneous injection for
cattle, calves, sheep and goats, and by oral route for
poultry
- Cattle (Including calves) : 1-2 ml / 45 kg body
weight once .
- Sheep and Goats : 0.5-1.0 ml / 20 kg body
weight once. - Poultry : 100 ml / 200 liter of drinking water
for 2-3 days.
Injection may be repeated after two to four weeks
if required. |

Animals should not be slaughter for human consumption
before one day from the last treatment . |
