 Composition :
 
Malavet is a non-systemic insecticide and acaricide used as a veterinary ectoparasiticide and for public health purposes. Malavet contains 50% (w/v) Malathion in the form of an emulsifiable concentrate.
   
 Mode of Action :
 
Non-systemic organophosphorus insecticide and acaricide with contact, stomach and respiratory action. Cholinesterase inhibitor.
   
 Properties :
 
1- Malavet is a veterinary ectoparasiticide that is used as a dipping solution or as a spray on poultry, dogs, sheep, cows and horses.

2- Malavet is used to control flies, tick, fleas, lice and to control insect pests in animal and poultry houses, farms and stables, places where trash is collected.

3- Used for the control of insect disease vectors (including adult mosquitoes) in public health programmes, and for control of human body and head lice.

 Safety Period :
 
Not to be used before 7 days from last treatment .
   
 Precautions :
 
1 - Toxic to fish and Bees .
2 - Do not pollute water sources.
3 - Do not use on sick, weak or small animals.
4 - Do not eat or drink or smoke during application.
5 - Empty bottles should be discarded properly to avoid misuse.
   
 Antidote & Medical Treatment :
 
Atropine sulphate injections. PAM, Toxogonin or any Cholinesterase reactivator.
   
 Packing :
 
Aluminum bottles of 100 ml , 250 ml , 500 ml , and 1 L
