The Arab Pesticides & Veterinary Drugs Mfg. Co. (Mobedco-Vet) is a pioneering public share holding company that was established in 1991 at Al Hassan Industrial Estate in Irbid to work in the formulation and production of agrochemicals (Insecticides, Acaricide, Fungicides, Herbicides, etc) and public health insecticides. Mobedco-Vet soon became a recognized name in this specialized field thanks to its special expertise in developing new and modified formulations of agrochemicals and public health insecticides. In 1995 Mobedco-Vet expanded its activities to the production of veterinary medicines, including the production of medications in liquid and powder form. In 2002 there was a further expansion adding the production of injectable drugs and antiseptics. In early 2008, Mobedco-Vet launched a new line of injectable suspension, and today Mobedco-Vet is introduce new production lines: Beta Lactam in a powder and aerosols form for veterinary uses. Mobedco-Vet keeps abreast with modern production technologies to deliver the highest quality and productivity. Its liquid production lines include EC, SL and SC formulations, and its powder production lines include WP, SP, GR, formulations, in addition to the recently-launched aerosols production line.

All Mobedco-Vet’s products are developed, packaged and marketed in compliance with the regulations of the Food and Agricultural Organization (FAO) and the World Health Organization (WHO). In addition, we employ a highly qualified staff of chemists, veterinarians, pharmacists, agricultural engineers and technicians who are continuously trained and evaluated in order to ensure our compliance with international standards for good manufacturing and oversight practices.

Mobedco-Vet’s raw materials and products are subjected to rigorous tests during the manufacturing process to ensure their compliance with quality standards. This is the work of the Quality Control Department, whose documentation is vital for materials to move along the manufacturing chain.
